Since there is no standard education for sales, we train you to become a sales professional in our SUXXEED SalesAcademy using a multi-level SalesExcellence program. Challenging training courses in sales and personal development provide you with your theoretical framework. Our sales directors and team leaders will not leave you on your own, especially in the structured orientation phase, and will provide you with active support. Your expertise, your newly acquired knowledge of sales, and your enthusiasm for your exciting position form the foundation for your success and your career.

On the direct path to becoming a sales professional

Are you a recent graduate or have you already gained initial job experience? Get started with us with direct entry into the field of sales in a young, dynamic team with flat hierarchies, actions based on spirit of partnership, and short decision-making processes. You will support notable clients and assume responsibility for client relationships in one of our numerous sales alliances. Tasks range from acquisition to the long-term support of existing clients.

We work together with you to strengthen your sales expertise. Our managers support you in your role and in our SUXXEED SalesAcademy we train you to become a sales  professional. Technical knowledge is imparted in our SalesExcellence program, while the SUXXEED Leadership Academy trains our junior executives. After all, we rely on our own junior staff.

We awaken your talent to become a team captain

As a SUXXEED trainee to become a sales manager, you’ll get an excellent start to your professional career. We train potential junior staff for positions in executive management or for outstanding sales positions within the SUXXEED Group.

The two-year trainee program focuses on “on-the-job training” in the internal sales department. You will learn how to professionally deal with clients in practical situations with experienced mentors at your side. You will learn how to professionally deal with clients in practical situations – for example as an Account Manager for clients from notable companies – with experienced mentors at your side.

Start your career with us

An apprenticeship with SUXXEED GmbH will lay the foundation for your future career success. We offer our apprentices a future-proof, qualified, and exciting apprenticeship as well as a permanent employment contract after successfully completing the program. In addition to professional qualifications, we also teach you to focus on clients and to think with an entrepreneurial mindset. As an apprentice, you will become familiar with various departments and projects within the company. At the same time, you will begin to take on initial responsibilities during your apprenticeship.

We are currently training apprentices in four professions to meet our internal needs:

Time to get to know the practical world

We offer students the opportunity to complete their practical semester at SUXXEED. Here they can connect what they have just learned at university with practical situations at an innovative sales service provider. Get to know SUXXEED as a potential employer by doing an internship in sales. Here they can also lay the initial foundation for a successful career in sales.

We give high school students the opportunity to complete an internship lasting one to three weeks in the areas of office communication and dialogue marketing.
