In the "Partner training" course, we offer specific partner workshops and programmes with the following objectives:

If need be, we will also clearly and plainly address gaps and weaknesses in the cooperation of those involved.

The "Learning in the sales organisation - LISO" programme sets its sights on long-term learning with the following methodological approach:

  • short workshop units of 2-3 hours each; 5-7 modules at monthly intervals
  • targeted completion of agreed to-dos by means of reviews
  • Dealing with concrete questions and tasks from the actual sales field by means of homework between workshops
  • independent problem-solving of concrete challenges, with staff or executives from other sectors. The above constitutes the means to independently optimise the sales team - even after the programme ends.
